Refund & Cancellation Policy

Iraq View commits to a clear refund and cancellation policy on every order.

Before work starts

You may cancel the order and have the amount paid refunded, less the payment gateway fees and any administrative costs actually incurred.

After work starts

The value of the stage actually completed is deducted from the refund, and the remainder — if any — is returned.

After a stage is approved or files received

The value of the approved or delivered portion is not refundable, particularly once final digital files have been delivered or work has begun on an agreed custom design.

Where the fault is ours

The customer is entitled to a full or partial refund, or to the service being carried out again at no charge, according to the nature of the fault and by a documented decision of the platform's management.

Activated smart cards and ready services

Not refundable once activated, except where a technical fault on the platform's side is established.

How to request a refund

A cancellation request is submitted from inside the order page with a reason given. It is reviewed and answered within a reasonable period.
