By using the Iraq View platform you agree to the following terms.

Your account

You must give accurate information when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Services and orders

Iraq View services are offered either at a fixed ready price or, for large services, at a custom quote issued after the request has been reviewed. Work begins only after the order is confirmed and the required payment made.

Payment

Ready services are paid in full before work starts. Large services such as e-commerce stores are paid in instalments: a payment to confirm the order, a payment on completion of an agreed stage, and a final payment before full delivery.

Revisions

Every order includes a set number of free revisions within the scope of the original request, according to the package chosen. Any revision beyond that scope, or beyond the free allowance, is charged separately.

Intellectual property

Once payment is complete and the work delivered, ownership of the agreed final design passes to the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The smart card

Your smart card is tied to a permanent link of your own; you are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish on your public page.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose, or to publish content contrary to public decency or to the rights of others.

Changes to these terms

Iraq View may update these terms, and users will be informed of any material change.
